We are pleased to announce and host this popular event on Saturday June 10, 2023, starting at 8:30. Registration fees have been reduced to make up for the 2-year hiatus and we look forward to seeing familiar and new faces at the race!

RACE DAY registration 6:45 am – 8:00 am at Parking location at Crossing Life main parking lot off North Lowell Rd.
Entry Fee: Registration Discounted to 5/1, ($20 Ind); then thru Race Day 10/16: $25 individual, $100 family (up to 5 Members) 65+ $20 Course: Flat and Fast paved point to point shaded picturesque course. No cars - no intersections - no hills Water at 2-mile marker. USATF Certified – NH201007BK
ON LINE REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY 6/9 NOON

Start: Roulston Road, Windham – Chip Timing
Finish: Windham Depot, Depot Road, Windham, food, drinks provided
Awards: $50 Cash top male and female finishers; Age Group medal awards.
Course Record Cash award, (Male - 15:45.6, Female - 18:00)
Participant item: Shirts to the first 150 runners
IMPORTANT NOTE: Parking is at the Crossing Life Church main parking lot. Parking, Bib pick-up and registration bus loading will occur all that that site. Free shuttle bus takes you from registration (near finish) to the starting line. Last Bus leaves @ 8:10 sharp.

2019 Flat N Fast 5K - Results - Sunday June 9, 2019
A beautiful morning welcomed 337 runners to our 2019 race!
Overall winner was Sam Fazioli of Salem, NH with a time of 15:49. Overall women's winner and setting the woman's record was Jaclyn Solimine of Haverhill, Mass, with a time of 18:00.
We thank everyone who entered the event, and especially to our sponsors. We look forward to the 2020 race on Sunday June 14, 2020.
